What it is
Nine needles, one regulated feed.
Regenis is a cart-mounted delivery system for regenerative mesotherapy: a 13.3-inch touchscreen console, a 212 g handpiece, and a nine-needle array fed from a single negative-pressure line. Every needle draws from the same regulated supply.

The array covers the treatment area in one application, where manual injection delivers to one point at a time.

Eight memory presets
Pressure and speed are stored per procedure and recalled from memory. Negative pressure is adjustable across ten levels, up to 90 kPa.

The failure
Suspensions block needles specified for solutions.
Biostimulators are suspensions of solid microspheres, not solutions. Where the hub narrows into the cannula, those microspheres can pack and bridge across the opening.
Partial occlusion
Flow falls without stopping, so the amount delivered stops matching the amount set.
Complete occlusion
Delivery stops mid-procedure and the needle has to be changed.
Why it happens
Solid particles, mixed by hand.
Biostimulator microspheres are solid and denser than their carrier, so they settle. How thoroughly a syringe is mixed by hand decides how evenly the dose is distributed, and that varies between operators and between passes.
Suspension, not solution
Particle size
- Commonly cited at 20–50 µm. Published literature puts commercial biostimulator microparticles predominantly at 20–80 µm.

- The X-ray shows the same syringe format after five mixing passes and after ten. Distribution differs visibly between the two.
